Federal Agent Kehli Joyce and her team, descends on the Big Apple, after Donald Strickland the infamous Ghost Killer, strikes again in the borough of Brooklen. Just when the agents think they have him cornered, he does another disappearing act. When he resurfaces in Manhattan, the chase to apprehend him, is epic. Chasing him through two boroughs, KJ has him in the crosshairs of her service weapon; but the crowded New York streets has her second guessing on pulling the trigger. Her hesitation caused her partner Agent Bissell to get shot twice in the chest. Will KJ remove herself from the case or will she go rouge to kill the man she once loved?
