Kate Connors went to Mitch Blake's honky-tonk to ask his help in getting their block cleaned up. The shops in the area needed the boost, and Kate was just the person to start the revitalization program. She expected Mitch to approve of her professionalism and ingenuity.

But Kate's careful plans went awry. Not only was the devastating Mitch opposed to her project -- he also ended up driving Kate home after she'd ACCIDENTALLY won a wet T-shirt contest!
