Maggie Wells is sure the spell she cast to find her true love had backfired when Chief Eric Rose saves her from her burning apartment. Maggie hates cops, yet she can't stop herself from falling in love with this one. Haunted by dreams of the serial killer, Maggie offers her help to Eric, but she realizes their whole future together depends on his acceptance of her being a witch.
