Chris Galloway could grow to hate Jim Fleisher...even though the poor guy was dead. Jim had crashed the airplane he'd been flying, and as an air-safety investigator, Chris disliked pilots who got their passengers killed.

Anna Parish said the crash wasn't Jim's fault. But then she would. After all, she'd been his fiancee. And what proof did she offer? Only that Jim's ghost, for crying out loud, had told her he wasn't responsible.
