A Time to Dream

The price of love. It was all in the terms of the will. Maryann would inherit beautiful Sea Oaks plantation if she agreed to temporarily give up her nursing career and live on Edisto Island for a year. It seemed like a perfect arrangement until she met Harris Bedford, an idealistic young doctor working at the local medical clinic. Maryann wanted more than anything to join Harris at the clinic but the terms of the will were clear --- if she went back to nursing, she would lose the plantation which had become her home. Yet if she did not, she would lose the only man she could love.
