A Second Offense

Jim Marshall that gritty FBI agent is back in the thick of things again. As he was about to retire from the Agency, a horrifying event occurred. This time, however, he not only is involved with terrorist, he believes factions of the U.S. Secret Service might b e after him also. He has uncovered a plot even more sinister than the previous attempted terrorist;s strikes against the Capitol. So as the eve of the anniversary of the 9/11 tragedies of two short years ago approached, he must repeatedly outwit his enemies just to survive the numerous attempts on his life, and the lives of his teammates.

Millie Wells is right beside him again, as they alternately strike and hide to keep themselves out of harm's way. But Jim feels something horrific is bout to occur, and he struggles against the only enemy he cannot defeat, time. As the clock ticks down he is rushing headlong into a National disaster and there can be no turning back if he is to prevent that most tragic event.
