A Murderous Cover-Up

Severely injured by an independent explosive device (IED) Army CID Special Agent Mia Powel is determined to return to full duty, prosthesis notwithstanding. While training she stumbles across a dead soldier and the man who killed him, someone under the protection of a powerful Senator.

When her boyfriend, Special Agent Ernie Hancock, is kidnapped she enlisted the aid of an Army helicopter to help in the rescue. Little does she realize there was a national TV camera crew on board who recorded not only his being saved but the Afghan drug dealer and politician along with the parts they played in grabbing him.
