It's 1977 in the sleepy town of Santa Raymunda where three teenagers, Addie, Rachel, and Gina find the body of the most popular girl at their Southern California high school - murdered. The teens team up with local lawyer David Diaz to investigate, but there are complications. Addie has a crush on the dead girl's boyfriend, All-American football star Nick, and competes with the beautiful ex-cheerleader Lorelei for his affection. Rachel and Gina need to keep Addie on track to find the killer because one thing is for sure - unless they solve the crime, no one is safe, and no one will ever get justice.
