Something must've happened last summer in Palm Beach to make a teenaged Rabbit into a drunken shadow of his former self. He won't talk about it, but there's enough gossip going around. Whatever really happened, it left the kid an orphan at 18. The ghosts in the lonely mansion drove him out at night to find company, and he fell in with the wrong crowd—a crowd of theives, whores, druggies & killers, the best friends money can buy.
