Miss Daphne had always considered herself a logical sort of person, so she greeted the notion of ghosts haunting the Selwood Academy for Young Ladies with a large amount of skepticism. However, her position as art mistress at the Academy would be Jeopardized if such rumors frightened off potential students -- a prospect she most passionately wished to avoid.
