A HOME FOR ABBY was inspired by an adorable little Silky Terrier who won the hearts of a man and women who had gone to Florida for winter vacation . They had no intentions of getting a puppy, but when they put that tiny puppy in their hands they couldn't say no. Within the book there are also some lessons to teach little ones some responsibilities such as bathing and brushing your teeth, eating healthy foods and caring for a puppy. It's a delightful entertaining story children will want to read over and over again.
