Cicely Honeysett didn't exactly cheat Griffin Tyrrell when she sold him her late husband's family estate. She just didn't tell him that his housemate would be a howling, mischievous ghost. After an encounter with the unwelcoming spirit, Griffin demanded that Cicely return and send it on its way.
