A Fine Line

It was one thing to work next door to your arch nemesis, it was a whole different ball game when you had to suddenly work with them. Winnifred Meadows knew two things for certain: 1. Chemistry and baking were meant to go together like icing on cupcakes. 2. Crew Wells was the absolute worst man in all of Philadelphia. Okay, maybe second worst. But when Winnie finds herself suddenly in a bind, relying on winning a food truck competition with a massive reward, she realizes she and her excellent baking alone can’t make an entree worthy of $5,000. Unfortunately for her, Crew Wells certainly can. Crew knew cooking like the back of his hand. He'd grown a successful business and made himself a proud owner of one of the top savory food trucks in a three-hour radius. You would think that would be enough to impress his family, but it wasn't. However, winning a city wide food truck competition and claiming the number one title would have to be enough. Except, this title was only possible by serving the best entree and dessert. His only option? Relying on the one girl he would run miles away from. When their ruse of partnership comes across as ingenuine, their only choice left is to pretend as if they were dating. After working together and a trip to Winifred's home town, these two begin to wonder if there is a fine line between love and hate.
