Elvira Storm was out walking, when she suddenly had a feeling that someone was watching her. When she looked up, there was a man looking at her from the third floor. Two guards helped her, and it was clear, that a Chan White, was illegally in professor Links laboratory. The police took care of Chan, and put him in a holding cell. However, when Elvira came home, Chan White was watching her TV. How can you be here? And in jail? Bruce later, was picked up close to the wharf. All three of Chan's, and Bruce's relatives, Grandpa, Grandma, and Uncle George decided to help vengeance the twins. One tiny female, Miss Brown, told the differently.
