Olivia had never met anyone like the good doctor whom she and her sister, Jade met while on vacation in the Down East state. He was a man with an unusual philosophy in life: one that he was bold enough to reveal to her in his egotistical manner the night they became acquainted. Her naiveness plus her instant attraction to him led her to begin her nursing career at the hospital where he was on staff.
