Who watches the watchmen?Mai Fisher’s tenure as head of the United Nations Intelligence Directorate has gone smoother than she expectedâ€"until someone in her inner circle betrays The Directorate and tries to rig the U.S. presidential election to favor the conservative billionaire candidate.
