A Cat's Tale

Buddy, a black Maine Coon cat, gives an account of his unique life, which includes a near-death experience, among other things, in this unusual story. In his tale, only the cats talk, and he tries to figure out the comings and goings of humans and other animals. As a kitten, Buddy's first encounter with another cat includes Mr. Hissy, an ornery, old cat belonging to his new human caretakers.
