A Candle in the Window

Shelby invites the promise of true love into her home this Christmas.

Legends say that in Victorian England during Christmas time, candles were traditionally placed in the front window of a home to welcome passersby who were in need of shelter or food. Others say the tradition has been traced to even further back in time than that, with roots in both magical and/or religious traditions.

This year, after a heartfelt but unheard Christmas wish, Shelby Lassen invites more than a stranger into her home one snowy December evening - she invites the promise of true love, and the hope of the season.
