Shonni "Noni" is Kingston "Nike's" first love and vice versa. Noni's a good girl who wants more from Nike than he's willing to offer, so after graduation she runs to Atlanta to start college and get a fresh start from Nike after he's broken her heart not once, but twice. Nike loves her but he just can't seem to get things right so he pushes her out of mind and out of sight.
