About This Book
This anthology of fourteen original stories by Detroit Community High School students encompasses a variety of genres including comedy, horror, romance, and drama. Each story reflects the unique and creative voice of its author. Due to the serious subject matter of some stories, this anthology is best suited for mature readers. "14 Stories" is a special creative writing project sponsored by Detroit Community High School that enabled participating students to become published authors. The writers are Devontae Laster, Ah'Janae' Newsome, Kershanna Seaborn, Keyshaun Moultrie, Chardinae Ruff, Daysia Dell, Sabrina McCaa, Dayla Lewis, Damarius Morris, Jasmyn Ruff, Ke'Andra Terry, K'Nesha Harris, Jaunyai Patton, and Shakira Percy.
