Jason Wade was a lonely failure in life. That was why he opted for the short way out - suicide. Then when his body was pulled away his spirit remained behind to haunt his own house on 1010 Mulberry Street. When the house was sold his spirit went with it. Falling in love with the nurse who lived with it Jason hardened into a zombie form to care for her in ways that he could - stealing money from the mob the zombie provided lavishly for the woman's needs. When she moved on and the house was sold again, history repeated itself. From Brenda and Linda to Helen, Jessica and Lucy the zombie made their lives something that they had not expected. While Jason Wade had been a failure in life, he certainly was not that way in death.
